Universal limousine and Private Car Inc. Is a joke. We had a pickup set up with this company at a specific location at a pre-arranged time. They called me to tell me that they had another pick-up to do and wanted me to be 15 minutes early for pick-up. I accommodated them and the driver never showed up. I called them to see whats up and the person tells me that the driver is there. Liar Liar. No driver. Spoke to the manager the next day and he threatens me with jail if I don't pay. This guy is an idiot. He says that he has gps tracking and the driver was there. I have gps tracking at my business and it is easy to print off that info and prove that he had a driver there, but he refused to do that. He has now charged my credit card for a driver and car that never showed up. He is a real sharp businessman to lose a customer for just over a hundred bucks.
