Please know that after months of auto response email trails, and one contact stating via email that it was not her department, I will add my complaint that you can not trust this lab.
Please find another lab to use.
I had used this lab for years and ran into this problem about 4 or 5 years ago. I was able to speak with the CEO at that time. I was calling on behalf of an NFL team (I am an NFL team photographer and he was a fan of that team) and he actually came through with checks! Can't talk to anyone now.
Currently about $1,500 is outstanding, but I've had two parents contact me saying they have never received any photos after paying via the website. That also sounds like mail and credit card fraud.
My next call is to the California State Attorney General's office, and, my friends at NBC news...
