Rios Shoes is a scam. PayPal and credit card companies should embargo Rios Shoes and inform anyone attempting to buy from RIOS that they are a scam company.
I doubt that the red sponge sent by xiauya zongh from Shenzhen Guandong China is worth the $70 I paid for 2 pairs of shoes.
Further, I am informing the USPS and UPS that this shipper is a scammer and that they should not accept any packages from them. I am also filing paperwork with the US Customs Service that this firm is a scammer.
