I was going to order the companies book that was advertised on T.V. But after entering my credit card info the total due was more than the t.V. Advertisement was offering, I exited out of the web page but wound up being charged a week later. I called the 800 on the charge and they assured me to just decline the delivery and I would get a full refund. I declined the package and waited for almost two weeks with no refund. I called today and after pursuing the issue was told a refund would be issued with in 2-4 weeks. I feel that the whole situation was avoidable... I should have never even went to their web-site to begin with. I also found out that even if you delete your billing and credit card info from a on-line order you still get charged... That is a bad business practice: (
