I placed an order for Simple Scrapbooks Magazine. Waited the customary 12-18 weeks for it to start and didn't receive it. I contacted the magazine directly and they had not record of the order. I then contacted Best Deal Magazines.
After a few tries, I did get a reply stating they could not honor the order for various reasons could not issue the refund through my orig form of payment (Paypal), but could credit my credit card if I faxed them my credit card info. I declined and requested a refund via check through the mail. I have not heard back after serveral repeated tries. The amount is $13.08.
