I have placed multiple order with nomorerack and lately have had major problems. I have been charged twice for the same order, shipped items I did not order, only got refunds after two and three months and multiple calls and emails.in the past I always got my money back until the last two months or so. I returned a package (items I did not order), they gave me an address and I sent it there, it was returned to me marked "refused" so I called and was given another address.
That package according to them never arrived even though I had delivery confirmation and the post office says it was delivered. Contained almost $200 in merchandise and I had almost $30 in shipping to return twice. Have never gotten a refund. My granddaughter wanted something for her birthday and I placed the order, the total was $122.00 - my credit card was charged three times for the same item. I am getting the royal run around from customer service.
Then 2 weeks ago I received another package I didnt order and was told to return it with insurance and delivery confirmation considering the other problems I had with a lost package. Was told they would reimburse me. After four emails, they returned the cost of the items less the $4 shipping fee as a store credit and refused to refund the shipping. A flat lie was told to me regarding this. I asked to have the money returned to my credit card and magically got disconnected from the rep. If you say anything negative on their facebook page they delete it within seconds. Am beginning to think this place is a ripoff pretending to be a sale site.
