September 14, ordered desktop punch from rollabind.com website ($59.95, charged immediately to my credit card). Site stated item was in stock, but it was not. I made several calls over the next two months to check on the order; each time I was told it would be shipping out within the week.
November 16, I canceled the order via e-mail and purchased a punch from Levenger. I was told I would receive a refund on my credit card.
February 15, still no refund on credit card. I have called a number of times this year to find out why. The first few times I called, I was told the refund would show up within a few days.in the last few weeks, I was told they have had problems with their billing, that was the reason the refund has not gone through, and they would issue me a check. That was over two weeks ago; no check.
