I went on line to lowes web site looking for a bagel toaster, foung exactly what i wanted, checked to see if in stock. It was i went to the store in upland looked in the toaster section and i did not find it. I then went to customer service to see if i could get some help, after explaining to the girl what i was looking for! She said well i guess we don't have it! Hummmm I thought...
I asked her to check inventory and she said I told you we don;t have it. I then said you are a real smart ass, and then asked to speak to a supervisor. After going through the whole story again he then took me to the back and found it for me Yea! I got it. Just what i wanted and a very good price. I asked the manager to have her written up, if my employes ever treated my customers like that i would be out of business and they would be looking for a job.
