Lowes, Antioch Ca. Wanted to purchase ceiling fan, security screen door and weber bbq.
Was advised there would be a $45.00 charge to have a person come to home to see if screen door installation was possible. Another $45.00 charge to look a ceiling for fan installation. Would not apply either charges toward purchase or installations. Asked if Lowes would put BBQ together for me. No, will only put together gas BBQ's with a charge. Went to Orchard supply, BBQ price was the same and put together free of charge. It seems Lowes is no longer a discount store and certainly lacks customer service.
