I'm currently waiting to be help in your Lowes store located in Renton Landing. It's been 45minutes and I'm still not being help. I wanted to purchase a power tool, unfortunately the rep didn't bother explaining to me the difference or quality of your products, instead he just "pointed" the direction I should be heading and continued his conversation with a co_worker. So then I left the department and I'm still waiting to be help at the painting department. There's only 1 employee designated in that area while there are 4 reps standing behind the "customer service" counter laughing and giggiling gossiping, who didn't not even bother to offer assistance to their own colleague. This is by far the worst experience I had at Lowes. As I walk around the store there are a lot of employees who not once asked me if I'm being help or if i need assistance. I will never shop at Lowes again nor recommend thus company to anyone. I work for one of the top ten fortune companies that involves customer facing, and believe me when i say ill never talk good about Lowes to any of my customers or anyone ill encounter.
