This man is claiming to have a body shop to fix cars, and he is not suppose to run and body shop without a pain boot. He paint cars outside and the shop is very next to the restaurant and the smell of the paint and all the chemicals are not too good for health mostly for the kids because there are always a lot of kids out there.
I took him a car to fix and he told me that he has a paint boot, i paid him foor the labor and he told me to come back and pick up the invoice for the payment later on that he is busy at the moment that he cannot let me into the shop now. When i went back to pick up the invoice, i realise that he has no proper body shop and when i ask him why and how is he gonna paint my car without the boot and he took his time to explain it to me that he has been doing thiss for so many years an dhe said that he does not give out invoice because his business in not register and that he has the money to get it register but he do not want to do it that if he does, the state of Texas will be coming after him to pay taxes and that he does not pay taxes. As a good citizen of the USA, i believe that it will be proper to do things the right way. I ask him to let me pick my truck and i told him that i am going to make a report on it and he got very upset and his landlord that runs the limo company accross the street came out told me that i have to leave, i ended up calling the police on the 09/08 at about 11pm and the finnally let me pick up my car because the said that if i was to make a complaint while my car was still in there that they were going to put a lien on my car. My job was not done and i ask for my money back and my parts and they refuse to give my my parts back. I spoke the one guy next door the work on transmision his name is Chuy, he told me that he does that all the time to get moiney from people. The body shop guys name is Moses but everyone calls him Panuku, i did ask him for his last name but he refuse to give it to me. His cell number is 214 334 3847.
