I recently had two vehicles repaired at the Al Serra body shop. I would highly reccommend NOT using this body shop. The first vehicle a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix had to be taken back to the shop due to poor workmanship of the paint (paint drips, decal and dirt painted over, spoiler not painted and did not match in color to parts that were painted), Broken glass throughout much of the interior not being cleaned out, and Damage to a rim incurred during their repairs.
The second vehicle a 2008 Ford Fusion was recieved with scratches from the damage that were not removed, Dirt in the paint on multiple parts, and overspray in multiple areas. The Body Shop manager Brian Sugar was not at all helpful on the Fusions problems and wanted me to just leave the vehicle without being given a vehicle to drive.
My experinece with this body shop was EXTREMELY BAD. Due to their poor workmanship and lack of care for their customers I will NEVER take business to them again.
