I would like to allow Tom Naquin Nissan one more opportunity to make things right with my new car. There are numerous issues with the paint. Some of these are from when the car was purchased and some have occurred while the care has been in for service, paint repairs. The interior is covered in this spray application that was applied poorly and sprayed on everything.
I talked to Thad Naquin prior to taking the car in this past week. I was under the impression that the issues with the cars paint would finally be taken care of.instead they are worse. Me and Greg walked around the car the day I dropped it off and marked at least a dozen spots that required paint work. The body shop only fixed one of these spot. The dealership also applied some coating (Clear Coat) and there is overspray on the windows, chrome and mirrors and paint. Some areas of the paint are smooth now and other areas a little orange peel effect. I think the orange peel areas are from the clear coat being applied? Needless to say, the paint is not good. The hood has many areas that are scuffed and these were not there. The scuffs will also not come off. They appear to be under the clear coat? How would this happen? I am not please with the body shops performance nor that of the detail shop. No one has taken my concerns seriously and provided adequate service.
