I was in a minor fender bender with my left fender and left side bumper in need of repair, so i filed a claim with Geico and I took my Volvo to Sawgrass Ford Body Shop in Sunrise, FL because it's an "authorized Geico Repair Center" well when I went to pick up my car on 3 different occasions, the car had more damage than when I originally left it. They not only damaged the entire body of the car, they also damaged my lights, bent both my tail arms, shorted my alarm, placed my reverse lights as my brake lights (got pulled over by police) my bumper and hood have a 1/2 gap and the paint looks like it has a hammered texture, instead of being smooth.
There are tool marks all over the car, there are trim pieces that must be removed to perform a proper paint job and these parts break on removal to ensure a tight fit they reinstalled these new pieces, however my 7 year old is able to remove them.
The manager Alex is a complete jerk and would not refund me my money or the 3 weeks of rental fees that I incurred due to their incompetency!
Please do not ever take your car to sawgrass ford body shop.
