Botched Work or Not finished
Work started 26th of July and paid $ 4600 mostly for taking the grass out and leveling the yard front and back, its 2 and half months didn't finish the job called more than 40 times no answer when answer all excuses I'll come Saturday or Thursday— came one time to finish but didn't cause had to go to other site and come back latter— and today 9/2 he said his work was finished when its not.
If anyone wants to hire him please don't give him money in advance or before finishing the work other wise you 'll just like me loose it without work performed by him (Perfect lawn and snow). I called the other 2 companies they both said that he (Michael) —perfect lawn) should have leveled the ground after taking off the grass. Perfect lawn is not good word or name for this company but amateur lawn and snow. Oh ya forgot a funny thing also if you call them to work in your yard please —please and please hide your stuff (tools to work in the yard) cause they took my 4 thing even telling him (Michael so called owner) about that got only one back. His guys used my tools and when they left took with them.
Perfect Lawn is all big talk but no work or perfection please call a raputable company or people who know and perform on time without run aroundand excuses. If only I can show my hilly yard to people before they plan to call him for work (hills of sicily as I told Michael (mike) the owner of the perfect lawn— that my yard look like or seems that way when you walk on it).

I sent him Mike (Perfect Lawn) text cause he doesn't answer my phone and said this—I called you many times no answer. You are not doing/done what you said or supposed to do when got paid in full $4600. Now excuse is that soil is coming form outside maybe from hell as your work is, you said last time it is coming on thursday 28th of Aug. You have till next Friday 7th of Sept to finish the job cause after that I'll take you to small court —BBB report and I'll put on the net with every web site which has your info and open web that if anyone check your buz they will see. Remmember you have to level the ground which is like hills. Also some plants to be straight next to shed the work is not right not even seeded when you supposed to. I told you about that and you said I'll fix that. Last 2 times you came for short time but didn't fix. Text is just like a letter I have the record as I have the phone calls more than 40 in last 2 months. The project started on 26th of July and still not done. I should not have paid you in full thats the reason you are streching it for long time. Don. T bring the soil like last time, you brought half soil half stones dirty with the grass maybe you are not buying but bringing old soil from other jobs where people want to replace the soil. Its up to you to do this or let me know to get some body else to finish the job of your which you never finished, but you have to pay for that cause you got paid without finishing. I'll call 3 different companies and get the lower estimate.
Its good that I didn't give you the deck work also cause I was going to get stuck with bad work or not done for that. I know you got angry when you sent your cousin and other guy to pickup the money for the deck building but how can/could I give you money for the second project when first one you never finished. Your cousin came for the deck when he saw the yard he asked in front of the other friend of yours that if mike (perfect lawn) did this yard, your friend said to your cousin yes for that your cousin said if its mine I'll tell mike (perfect lawn and snow) to do it again its a shitty work =not my words its your own cousins.
As I told you before I called 2 companies to check the yard they both said that perfect lawn should have leveled it after taking the grass off and before seeding it. No more I'm going to wait so lets see ball is in your court also check your receipt which you gave me it says grate (grading) which you use and which is leveling. If the leveling is not done then its not extra work as you are saying. You came last month and took pic from ground level, that's not going to prove anything until you walk on the yard and feel the ups and downs all over.
In reponse you said Mike (Perfect lawn) that you are going to sue me for harasment and ploundering your buz. I'll bring at least 3 reports and Pic's harasment and ploundering of your Buz is not what you are saying because you didn't finish your Job so I'm entiteled to take you to the court, BBB and write the review of your work good or bad on the net, its not harasment its my rite. Feel free to sue me you 'll get back sued but it doesn't matter when we go to small court you can tell your side I'll mine. With the prove and lets see who prevales no problem.
