Best Chemical contacted me stating my yard had a lot of different weeds and that they wanted to run a complete lawn analysis for free. Naturally, I said yes. A few days later, I received a call stating the lawn and soil had been tested and that my lawn was low on potash and several other nutrients and all the weeds needed to be treated. We agreed on a price.
Several days later, one of their trucks arrived at my home and the worker started spraying the yard with a pump sprayer. He stated this first spray was to get needed nutrients into the soil and that they would be treating the weeds in the near future. That was the last I saw of them.
After not seeing them for several months and realizing the yard was not looking any better, I called Best Chemical to complain. Their response to me was that they had been out several times and that they were still trying the get the nutrient levels correct. They promised that they would be working on the weeds shortly. I requested that from now on I wanted them to leave a note on the door so I would know they had actually been there. The representative said NO Problem and that he would send someone out that day to double check the work that had been done. Im still waiting.
