Chris Grimet Got a flyer for lawn work. Called them up and left a check for work. Work never done

I received a flyer on my door about lawn work. I don't have time to do the work myself anymore because of a new job, so I called them up. I left $50 cash and work was performed. So I asked if he (Chris Grimet) put some mulch in the flower beds and trim everything up. He gave me a price of $60. I wrote him a check and he put it off with excuses and once the check cleared 'all incoming calls' became blocked on his phone.

Called the police department and they were talking about going to court but I honestly don't have time for that over $60. But I do want to get the word out there that if you get a flyer in Crosby, TX Newport from 'Yard Busters' the guys a scammer. Oh well kharma sucks for him I guess...
