As a small lumber yard, we fell for a high pressure sales pitch from bms-first for a point of sale system. From the start it was all about them getting paid. It was not set up correctly, they did not eliminate issues of our old system but just incorporated those problems and compounded them into their system. They would not return calls, simply wanted to charge more fees for advice or for service calls or more training. Their answer to everything was pay us for more help. It is a dos system in a windows app with no user friendly point and click features. They are dishonest, selling a product that is not as advertised, and this system has screwed up our accounting so badly we have had to start from scratch to avoid tax issues. Do not not not use or buy into the lies!
