About a year ago I booked a flight to visit my husband from Florida to North Dakota. When I was nearing the end of my trip I had an emergency back home and needed to depart a few days early. I called and it was going to cost $300 to change my flight. Then a representative told me that he found a flight where it would only cost $20 because it was all of the same flights, just on a different day. So of course, I went with that option. To my surprise, 2 days later while checking my bank account I had been charged $300!! I called outraged and they said there was nothing they could do to refund my money! They basically stole $280 from me! Somehow I ended up with an MCO of $105 off my next flight. I would never book with them again, however I had $105 off of a flight. So I had to pay to overnight ship the MCO and when I called to book my flight the guy told me it was going to be $300 to fly to Charleston WV from Florida with the MCO! I looked online and the standard rate was $320! So I basically had to go online and tell him all of the flight numbers so he could book the right trip! Then he said the price was messed up because he had the wrong Charleston, if I had not told him about the wrong pricing, who knows where I would have ended up!!! Mind you, in the middle of booking I asked him twice if he had put in Charleston WV, not Charleston SC. The service is absolutely HORRIBLE and I will NEVER put myself through this misery again in my life! Do not waste your time or money with these people!!!
