This is the last time I book through travelocity. I had made reservation for a trip for my family and I to go to the Caribbean. I could not fly with them on the same day so I had called customer service to change my flight. The guy change my flight for the next day and I paid for it. I thought everything was fine until I got an email saying my return flight back to the u. S has changed to different time. I never told the guy to change my return flight. I called back and was told they will look for the recording and will refund me if they find it was they mistake. That was June 30. It is now July 26. They still have not find the recording.
