Terrible experience! After 6 months of reporting the same problem over and over to the chat agent in the so called "customer care" (if they had any idea of what that means). There is no answer and the only promise I get every time is: we will contact you with a solution. As you know the contract is good for one year by now half year is gone by. Without answer.
Do not bother with a product that does not care about the customers.
