WALMART PHARMACY, YULEE, FL
I submitted a prescription at 9am, I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I returned with my 2 small children (one sick child) to pick up the prescription at 1:30pm. The prescription was not filled because the insurance on record was medicaid (old and expired), and the script was not on the medicaid approved form. I intended to pay cash ($4). So, I patiently waited 30 minutes with my small (sick) children as they filled the script. The pharmacist had to work 5 minutes past her lunch to complete this difficult task, they close at 2pm for lunch. So she was rudely stating to the other technician that "we should have closed 5 minutes ago, I'm pregnant and need to eat". People continued to line up for prescriptions and the pharmacist wouldn't acknowledge anyone directly but complained several times about working into her lunch break and being pregnant. I've never had a good experience at this location, and switched pharmacists years ago. It is more convenient to use this location IF the staff was friendly and my prescriptions would be filled promptly, but that is NEVER THE CASE.in addition, why would a pharmacy CLOSE for lunch? Shouldn't a tech be on duty for all of the sick and elderly dragging themselves out of the house for much needed medication?!? Location walmart yulee florida.
