I paid for the product to no avail no delivery of my goods

I ordered several products from jamaicancastoraloil.com August 24. Everytime I called I get a woman she takes down my information and says she someone will call me back. It goes on for two days. Finally, a man calls me, he explains to it was hurricane office was close. He first blame on the mail system. But I paid for it priority mail, should two to three days. He told me if I didn't get my package on Friday. I called no answer. It been a week already. Now its going into the second week I want my order. I want to know what are they going to do. I need help.
