I have a contract with AHS, refrigerator just stopped working. It is a French 2 door with freezer on the bottom, 7 years old called AHS, they sent one company to my home, he did something, it worked about 1/2 hour he was half way back to his shop I guess, anyway called back, they did not answer their phones, called AHS back and told then had to wait 24 hours before a second company arrived, this man has been to our home every other day, putting a band aid on the refrigerator, I have lost all my food from top and bottom, when I really started to complain as to why he was not fixing the refrigerator his reply was lets give it another day - well many days have passed and it is still not repaired, in my contract it so states that if it can not be repaired
they will replace it, well I just want the same one back, now just 3 days ago this man tell them it can be fixed? Well why did he not do it? It is now the 5th week, and it is Sunday Sept 2 and I still have to buy ice for the coolers out side (3) it is very hot here
and no one at the company gives a (inappropriate content removed)' I am at my wits end and do not know were to turn. Oh yes it is a Maytag French door.
