On the 27th July I sent for a sample of Pure Collagen. This required me to submit my bank details to pay for postage. On the 29th August I went to check the balance of my account and found that pure collagen had withdrawn $98.37. I have no idea what this is for and have had no response from the company as to why they have removed this amount from my account. I have demanded they reimburse this money to me and have had no response to that either.
