Hello I hope you can help me I paid postage of $3.95 for a sample of pure collagen on the 24/7 I had a trial period of 17 days. I did not receive the sample product until yesterday 9/8. The company has now taken out $89.99 from my debit/credit card and I have not even sampled the product. I have had to cancel my card which my bank suggested can you please help me.
