Consumer Report

AMAZON never communicated with me and I paid off the charges immediately after calling them. They also promised NOT to report late payment to the credit bureauxs. Here is what I jesu read from EXPERIAN:

EL PASO, TX 799981400
What is Potentially Negative Information?
An item is "potentially negative" when a creditor reports that you have not met the terms of your credit agreement. Negatively reported items include late payments, accounts that have been charged off, and accounts that have been sent to a collection agency. Most negative information remains on your Credit Report for seven years.

What do I do now?
If you believe that the information listed above is in anyway inaccurate, please contact the Dispute Center immediately.

I have the receipt for the payment in the value of 344.40. I was given a waiver for late fee and interest. The account is zerod and in good standing.

I do not understant why AMAZON posted the negative message on my credit report.
