I have spoken to 4 representatives about my problem with the TV (model LN37A330J1D was told that there had been a class action filed against this particular model. After we established that I fell into this catagory someone would come to my home and check my TV. I've called 3 times was told that there are no TV repair centers in my immediate area. So I'm without a TV until someone advises me as to what to do. I could have gotten my TV repaired myself at the length of time it taken them to call me, about any information. There is one representative that was so rude (Tamara), should not be excepting calls, she raised her voice sounded agitated and upset. I was afraid to call back. The next day I called and talked to Arron, who was very informative.
