I sent my Samsung Galaxy S3 off to Samsung to be repaired as it would not power on or charge at all. Samsung received my phone on the 28.08.2013 it was fixed by 10.09.2013. The phone was delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS and signed for by somebody that I do not even know. After going to the address several times I couldn't retrieve the phone, it had been stolen! After making several phone calls, every single day, to Samsung Customer Services and being passed onto several different people, I still haven't been given any answers as to when I will be receiving a replacement phone. Over a month on, I still have no phone and no answers from Samsung despite all my phone calls. I am constantly being fobbed off by everyone I speak to at Samsung Customer Services and many of the people who I have spoken to have been rude and abrupt. I feel totally let down by Samsung. I purchased my phone in good will and after it broke I sent it off to Samsung to be repaired as it was still under warranty. My phone is very important to me as I live alone, with no land line and I am also pregnant. All I can advise to anyone who is thinking dealing with Samsung is STAY AWAY! Terrible customer service.
