I received a huge bill in july after been on holiday i then contacted t mobile to make a payment arrangement and was advised i was not able to do so and as my contract was up for renewal i should cancel it and when the final balance comes through make a payment arrangement i then called back to do this and spoke to sue kisby manager of credit control that has confirmed the notes on the account agree with everything i say however they will not set up a payment arrangement as the account is now closed and can only pay the bill when they pass it to a debt collection agency i have never heard of anything more ridiculous in my life all we are trying to do is pay the outstanding balance but are been told to do so we need to take out another contract it seems the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing in this case please contact us back with regards to this as i will also be taking this up with cicas.
