I got behind in my bill and my account was placed in collection with Synerpirse Consulting service. I took the initiative to make the payment plan with the company. I authorize the direct payment from account. I never received any paper work fromthe company about the arrangement. After making 11 payments I noticed that my balance is not going down as it is suppose to so I called the rep and asked him to review my account. Rep told me that they are charing $5 transaction fee every month. I was shocked, to find out that 20% of my payment is getting applied as transaction fee. Transaction fee that was never disclosed by rep when I made the payment arrangements. I was paying $5 tranasction fee for $25 monthly payment. Otherwise I could have just simplay chose to make monthy payment by mail using. 40 cents stamp. So far they have charged me $55 in transaction fee. As per my understanding they charge the compnaies also. Isn't it double deeping. I have never seen any collection agency charging the customers transaction fee.
