I ordered a dress with measurements, and the dress was made incorrectly. They wanted me to send it back to be corrected, but there was not enough time. They said if the dress was made incorrectly, they would refund my money. I got a full refund for the dress, but not the shipping of $39.60. When I inquired about this, they said they would send my request to the refund department. To date I still have not received my refund. They made the dress incorrectly, and I have to take the loss on the shipping costs. This is not a very honest way to do business. They have quit answering my emails requesting the refund of the shipping.
