I ordered a dress for my Son's wedding. I sent all measurements as requested. I had the seamtress from the Four Seasons take the measurements so they were correct. The dress was ordered with pink and green trim and it came with orange and amber and had unattached beadwork hanging off the back. The dress was 2 sizes to small and it was of Wal-Mart quality or less. I retured the dress to the address that Bridesire gave me. Bridesire refused the package and it cost me an additional $44.00 in shipping. Bridesire insist's it was custom made so no refund is possible. The dress might have been custom made, but not made for me. Wrong colors, wrong size and absoultely atrocious!
This company is a complete scam. False advertising, inept employee's and they are taking advantage of unsuspecting hard working Americans. I can not even imagine how much American money they have made off of the Bridesire scam.
