Ordered dress from jjshouse.com.
Dress was ordered with 34 inch bust size
Dress received was only 31 inches.
Contacted jjshouse.com and sent photos of me wearing dress and it is obvious dress was made incorrectly as it was impossible to zip up in the back at the bustline. They did not make the dress to the specifications ordered.
Received e-mail stating they would issue $20.00 refund and stated photos they attached to e-mail sent to me was my dress. The dress in the photos is not the dress I received. It is still in my possession.
They made the mistake and they have a satisfaction guaranteed policy but they are not honoring this.
They made the dress 3 inches too small and it can't be altered to fit even though that is what they suggested. This was researched before they were even contacted about the problem. Dress was also 8 inches too long but I was willing to have dress hemmed to proper length if it fit otherwise.
They failed to make the dress to the specifications provided when the dress was ordered and now are stating they did. Bust size ordered was 34 inches and bust size of dress received is 31 inches. Their error, not mine.
Can anything be done about getting a full refund? They didn't give me an RMA number and stated in their literature that if a dress is returned to them without an RMA they will send the merchandise back.
