I ordered a dress from this company, custom-made, and they made it entirely too big. After numerous instructions from them to take pictures of the way the dress fit, I was instructed to ship back to them in China, which I did and have proof of shipment and proof that the package arrived in New York and shipped to China. Conveniently China does not track packages. This company has offered every excuse imaginable from PayPal issues, to not receiving the dress, etc. I have an email log that includes more then 15 emails to them and everytime they have another excuse for not refunding me the money. The dress with shipping was $108, so it is ridiculous that they cannot refund the dress cost to me.
