On July 26, I ordered a silver ring from Artisan Order, which has an extensive online catalog and regularly emails updates on its inventory.
The site stated that two weeks should be allowed for delivery. However, after my order went through, the order confirmation did not advise when delivery could be expected. Nor was any Shipment Tracking information provided.
It is now four weeks since I placed the order. I have emailed the service address twice, without success, and called the number provided (919-809-7410) but the number rings without an answer.
I don't know whether this is simply an unprofessional business or a very elaborate scam. Either way, today, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Robert Frechette, President, Artisan Order, PO Box 190, Kipling, NC 27543.
