On Aug 23,12. I spent 2.5 hrs between 3 cust svc reps and 1 supervisor to be informed the phone I purchasedand valued at $100.00 would be replaced by a reconditioned valued at $29.99 phone. My reason for turning in this phone a (Samsung T528G) was it had bug in its program due to straight talk rushed in out into the market, which I was advised of this by 2 representatives at my local Walmart store. The problems I had with this device began a week or so after my purchase. I contacted Walmart within 30 days, whom directed me to Straight talk since they were only the go between, In May I had more problems. The problems were the device turned off, would not connect to net or worst would not stay charged. At that time I went thru tech support to attempt to resolve the issue that didnt work. Aug 15th, the phone would not hold a charge and I was at wits end. I called again and was told to return device. Which I did, after not receiving my device with time given. I called to be informed with in their system they cancelled the return of said device. My complaint is that I paid $100 for my device which was less then 6 months old, in good condition to be informed I would get a $30.00 replacement.
