6 Months After Order - No Delivery

For my son's birthday, I ordered a Green Bay Packers Superbowl commemorative ring from The Bradford Exchange on February 11th and the confimation email said to expect delivery on or before March 11th. After March 11th, I got another email saying that the delivery date could not be met and my delivery would be in on or before April 11th. Same thing in May.

I contacted their customer service department via the website but was told no more than was in the emails, that my delivery would be delayed until June.

It is almost July, and still no ring, so I tried to log onto my online account with The Bradford Exchange and now there is no record of my order in the account (though I have all of the emails, including the order confirmation).

I contacted them with the order details, account number and order number over 2 weeks ago, and they have not contacted me back.

The Bradford Exchange has made me a liar to my son (Your ring is on the way) and their customer service is non-existant. I'm beyond dissappointed.
