I found artisanorder.com last summer in I ordered hundreds of dollars of jewelry. Very few pieces were made with good quality of silver and gemstones. I started ordering other pieces. I dont know what happened, but, OMG, the quality was so BAD, the silver you could bend it and it would break right in half. The stones are so horrible, unclear, cloudy, I was actually able to pop the stone right out of the piece. I emailed the company at least 10 times no answer, I wanted my money back! This has been going on for a year. They refused to give me my money back! I use my credit, to order more pieces. I got junk, send it back again, and the whole process starts all over. I don't no what else to do! Warning, do not buy anything from this company!!! Lours.
