We contacted this dealership about a GM certified used vehicle they had for sale. The salesperson was told in no uncertain terms, that we did not want a car with exterior damage AND that I would be traveling long distance to test drive the car. We were assured that the car met our requirements and I drove all the way to the dealership. I saw the damage on the car FROM THE ROAD BEFORE I EVEN TURNED INTO THE PARKING LOT! I checked it anyway to confirm that it was the same stock number and it was. I drove out of there without even wasting my time going inside. It just would have been even more aggravating. My wife called the dealership and spoke to some manager. I emailed the salesperson, Marsha, telling her how pi$ed off I was and of course got no response. Not even an apology. I emailed the dealership and did get a return call from some manager apologizing and saying that the salesperson "may have been a little too eager to sell a car". The end result, is that I wasted over 2 hours of my day, drove 100 miles round trip and burned up about 6 gallons of gas ($25.00). This dealership has a miserable local reputation so i was leery about them in the first place. This just confirmed what I already thought. Anyway, I wish I could be reimbursed for my wasted time but I know that's not going to happen. I think I should at least get my gas money back since I wasted it because of Curry's deceptive sales practices.
