When switched my phone service from bell to videotron i was told there would be no charge to me to switch from bell, bell sent me a bill for transfering my service. I called videotron and they in turn told me to pay the bill and they would deduct amount from my next bill. They did not. Icalled and was told they made a mistake and they would not pay{after i payed the bill} i would have not payed bell had they not gave me the go ahead to pay (ihave videotron employes name and number who gave me go ahead to pay bell). I spoke videotron supervisers name also and number. What kind of buisness practice is this to mislead people to switch services then renege on promiss???
