Ripoff slipped a bill into my Bell South telephone bill for $29.86 for email service which i never ordered. How sneaky is that! I'm not paying it. Why is there no leagal action to take aganist these companies! We need to do this!

I received my June Phone bill from Bell South and as you know these people can be very sneaky the paper looks the same but has a different heading says Oan on it but looks just like Bell Souths bill blue line across top and everything. Why is this not aganist the law??? I happen to catch it because i pay all of our bills but how many older and younger people dont catch it this bill was for $29.86 and looked just like part of my phone bill.

Needless to say iam not going to pay it... It says across the top Misscellaneous charges and credits: the following services providers have notified Bell South that they are billing new services on your bill this month. Now if they notified Bell South why on earth didnt Bell South notify me??? Come on People this should be aganist the law dont you think???
