Saw motime.ca charge on my Bell bill. Did not ask me and I never downloaded anything, that I know. This charge has been going on since Aug... Seven months ago! Talked to bell rep. Could do nothing. Finally called motime.ca. Agent was on south Africa. He said I "might get A refund. How do these guys get my number? I did not download any ringtones or anything. How does Bell get right to collect this on my bell bill?
