I called today 8/22 dermaperfect spoke to Jeff employee #8751 in customer service. He advised me to send an email cause he could not do how i would like to see this matter resolved.

How this begain, on May18th, I purchased a trial sample of dermaperfect skincare for $4.95 and charged it on my wells fargo visa card. I did not verbally or sign any documents to continue this product at a cost 0f $99.98 which was charged to my credit card without my authorization on June 15th. I did not receive the product just the billing. Then in July statement I was charged $105.93 which I did not received product just another charge. Idid not authorize another order of the product.
Today 8/22, I called and spoke to Jeff and he expained that your trail plan has a automatic reorder which was never discussed at the time of ordering, because I would have not approved without sampling the product first. Since I have sampled the product I do not feel it is worth the price you have to pay for it. I did not get any good results from it and half the sermum was leaked out when I received the trial bottle.
Jeff also explained that I have another charge of $99.98 plus shipping on my next statement which i have not received yet and another shipment of the product. He has advised me as of today no more automatic shipping of product and charges will be billed. However, I would appreciate a full credit of the past 2 billing and the new current billing cost of product and shipping cost. As I explained to Jeff, if I receive the product that he said showing being shipped out August 15th I will call customer service for instructions to ship it back and I want the shipping cost paid for from your company. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I appriciate in advance if you would credit full charges and shipping cost back to my credit card on file under Julia Diamond ending in 0216 Visa card from wells fargo as I had to pay my credit card since they said I would have to get the merchant to credit there error.
