I replied to an advertising for skin care product that redueces wrinkles — the promise was to revert sin to that 20 years earlier. The cost was shipping charge of $4.95.
I called to cancel after the initial order and was advised to retain the initial product. I still was charged an initial amount of $89.96. I called again on February 8 to demand the cancellation be as of January with the only cost being the $4.95 shipping charge. The Allu representative said that would be implemented.
I continued to receive charges on my credit card of $94.93 for the months of February thru and including June. No product was received except for the initial delivery.
I called on February 13 and March 11 and was assured the charges would be credited.
On July 6 I again called and spoke with Mindy of Customer Service. She told me there was no record of me as a customer.
The charges on my credit card were from Allu Skincare; Allu Therapy; and Try Allu.
My experience with this company leads me to believe that the company is deceptive and does not follow thru on its commitments.
