I made a tax claim early in January which i received in April the that year. Then at the end of the tax year I applied for the rest of my tax back on the third of August of which they claim to have no record of even though I have the confirmation emails from their company stating that they have received my paper work (of which I have copies of). I have had another tax company cross reference my claim with the Australian tax office and they have confirmed that the money has been paid out even though I have not received one cent. I have sent expresstaxback.com the evidence I have to back up my claim and now they seem to be ignoring me. Any advice you can give me on how to proceed would be appreciated because they are based in Australia and I am back home in Ireland. Thank you.
