Hard to use vouchers

In both cases of contacting the Vineyards where we wished to go the following happened:
1. Vouchers stated that the Vineyard was open weekly but when we called we were told they were only open three days per week. This made it hard to use.
2. Other case vineyard never returned our messages requesting the chance to redeem voucher.
