Paid insurance premium until I was covered by Medicare. A claim for service on 1/12 was denied stating I did not have coverage. Claim was resubmitted on 6/28 and was denied again. Coverage was in effect until 6.
Called RBA again today, spoke to "Chris" and was given the run around. I was on hold for 18 minutes before anyone answered the call. Was told to contact my doctor again to refile the claim for the third time. Still don't know if the $216.00 will be paid. What a rip off and no service to the consumer.
