04-March I paid 31.50 for a restring and replacement bumper/grommet.
05-March - I sent my squash racquet via Royal Mail First Class Recorded.
08-March - Royal Mail showed the racquet had arrived and been signed for.
12-March - I requested a progress update as I had not received my racquet back nor had any status update or confirmation that the racquet had been received.
16-March - I received a response appologizing for the delay and promising it would be completed by tomorrow at the latest.
23-March - I waited a week and had still not heard anything so I sent another email & rang them. There was no answer to the email and the phone went straight to answer phone. I left a message, they did not respond.
Between 23-March & 12-April I sent multiple emails and phoned many times. No response to any of my emails & never answered the phone.
Eventually I had to give fair warning that I would be filing a claim via the small claims court. He eventually got back to me stating that he would return the racquet and refund me.
A few days later I received my racquet back without strings or bumper.
Although He never refunded, as I had paid via PayPal I opened up a dispute to which he never responded and PayPal refunded the transaction.
My advice. Stay Well Clear!
