My 91 year old mother received a call saying that they needed to give her a new insurance card and asked to verify her information. They wrote a third party check and caused all the checks that she had written to pay her bills to bounce. She is now left with hundreds of dollars of overdraft charges for small checks she wrote and having a really hard time catching up. I have called several times and our Bank has called several times adn the folks are RUDE~ I found out that the address is IBEN MED (really, should be I been screwed!) 3106 State Route 11, Suite 135, Mooers Forks, NY 129559 Phone Number for complaint is: 888-778-0073.
